Who we are
Cartha is a governance-first platform. We realized that giving AI agents more autonomy in production without proper accountability was a recipe for disaster. We built Cartha to be the definitive accountability layer, while making our users' tasks easy by managing everything—traces, memory, policies, and costs—in one unified place.
We're engineers first — a small team in Mumbai, India. The product is a working API, two SDKs, and a dashboard: built in the open, tested against a live stack, and used by design partners running agents in production around the world.
What we are building toward
Everyone is racing to give agents more autonomy — more tools, more memory, more decisions per minute. But autonomy without governance is dangerous. We envision a future where enterprises can deploy agents confidently, knowing there is a strict record of what an agent knew, when it knew it, and what it cost along the way.
That's Cartha — a governance-first foundation that agents can be held accountable to. With features like deterministic time-travel recall, hard budget ceilings, and strict policy enforcement, we make managing autonomous AI simple, secure, and fully auditable in one place.
